Last thursday we walked down the hill in the rain and wind together on our day off. It was a public holiday so we both had the day off. Colin was going to use an umbrella that he used the other day but he changed his mind because it was broken. So he chose a different one. As soon as we left the front door Colin put up his umbrella and it turned inside out straight away and broke in exactly the same way that the other one was broken. At the bank he tried to help me transfer some money at an ATM. Then he picked up a phone and spoke to someone in Japanese to get some help. Then we went in the one hundred yen shop. Then we went in the supermarket. He bought some instant curries. He eats a lot of those. Then we went home. On Saturday I was going to be sent to the same school as Colin and we were happy. Before I left I got a call sending me somewhere else. Apparently at his school there was a cock-up and not many lessons had been booked. He sent me a message: saturday, kawasaki - 5 frees? it`s too bad you won`t teach! but then again who does?
