Colin joined the Dark Brotherhood in Oblivion. It`s a kind of evil assassins guild. He was in their hideout and he walked past a skeleton who was walking about in the halls there. He said, "Look, they`ve got them walking about as well. You can`t talk to them though unfortunately."
